PLATFORM ENGINEERING

Integration & API readiness.

Integration-readiness architecture for CRM, LMS, payment, email, portal, webhook and future app workflows without exposing fake production APIs.

Integration readiness

Design for APIs and apps without pretending an API already exists.

This page documents integration principles and future-ready architecture. It deliberately does not publish fake endpoints or credentials.

CRM-ready leads

Website enquiries are structured with source, campaign, score, priority, route and stage fields suitable for mapping into a CRM.

Mail abstraction

Transactional email uses a transport layer that can select Zoho API, authenticated SMTP or fallback mail.

Portal separation

Public marketing pages and future authenticated portal services are conceptually separated to reduce later rework.

Webhook-ready events

Lead, enrolment, payment and project-status events can be exposed to authorised external systems when a production backend is commissioned.

Identity readiness

Future portal design can support stronger authentication, role-based access and federated identity rather than hard-coding account logic into brochure pages.

Mobile/PWA path

The responsive public experience and web manifest create a foundation for progressive-web-app or native-client development, while production app features still require backend services.

No fake API: The public site does not expose non-existent production endpoints. Integration contracts, authentication, rate limits, audit logging and data schemas should be implemented against the selected CRM/LMS/payment/accounting stack.
